by Brad Camara | Tue, Aug 27th 4:47pm EDT

DeSean Jackson suffered a broken ring finger on his left hand in today's workout. The team initially wasn't concerned, but now he is told this is a three-to-four week injury. (Josina Anderson on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

It sounds like Jackson will try to play through it and is scheduled to try out a custom splint on Wednesday. Despite it being reported as three-to-four week injury, it shouldn't keep him from playing in the Eagles' season opener. Jackson is behind Alshon Jeffery and Zach Ertz in terms of projected target share. He finished with 41 catches for 774 yards and four touchdowns in 12 games for the Buccaneers last season.
