Ty Montgomery scores and fumbles in preseason loss

Ty Montgomery rushed eight times for 21 yards and caught all four of his targets for 24 yards in the Jets' preseason loss to the Saints. Montgomery scored once but also fumbled once.
Fantasy Impact:
Montgomery got his playing time with the first-team offense, and is the clear backup to Le'Veon Bell. Given head coach Adam Gase's remarks about the Bell signing this offseason, Montgomery could have standalone value. At worst, he's one of the clearest handcuffs in the league this season, and offers nice receiving upside.
