DeSean Jackson (finger) expects to play Week 1

DeSean Jackson suffered a broken finger during Tuesday's practice. There were no torn ligaments and the receiver expects to be ready for the Eagles' opener on September 8th. (Inquirer)
Fantasy Impact:
Continue to monitor Jackson's situation leading into Week 1. Even if he were to miss the opener I feel that he will be ready for Week 2, unless there is a setback. Jackson is a boom-or-bust fantasy option that is currently ranked 47th in FantasyPros' Expert Consensus Rankings.
