While Stroud expects Barber to start in the season opener, he believes how the touches will be distributed will be determined by how effective Ronald Jones II is with his opportunities as well as how he is in pass protection, which remains a glaring issue for the second-year back. The Tampa Bay backfield could once again disappoint in 2019. Perhaps there is hope for Dare Ogunbowale.
