Graham Gano could start 2019 on the IR list with knee injury

News has recently surfaced that the Carolina Panthers may have to place kicker Graham Gano on the injured reserve list to start the season. (Tiffany Blackmon on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Gano's situation appears to not be getting any better putting his availability for Week 1 in great doubt. At this point it may behoove the Panthers to place their starting kicker on the IR list to start the season. Joey Slye is currently the team's backup kicker and could very well be their starter for Week 1 against the Rams.
