Golden Tate catches two passes Thursday

Giants wide receiver Golden Tate played in Thursday's preseason finale against the New England Patriots, catching two passes for 37 yards.

Fantasy Impact:

Tate played on Thursday because he is suspended for the first four weeks of the regular season, so the Giants wanted to get him some work before a month off. When he returns, he should be starting either on the outside or in the slot for New York and could be among their team leaders in targets by the end of the season.
