LeSean McCoy has been released by the Bills. A surprise cut, as the Bills have been outspoken about keeping him on the roster. (Adam Schefter on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
McCoy figured to be an asset in an offense that wants to pound the ball and give Josh Allen opportunities over the top. He should have no problem latching onto to another team as the regular season draws closer. Rookie Devin Singletary has been impressive and is one of the biggest reasons McCoy was released. The Bills' rushing attack will be led by Singletary, T.J. Yeldon, and the ageless wonder Frank Gore. McCoy finished 2018 with 514 rushing yards on 3.2 YPC with three touchdowns in 14 games.
