Elliot and the Cowboys could close on a deal by the weekend. This is excellent news for anyone who drafted Zeke, as now he has an outside shot of playing Week 1 against the Giants. The Cowboys are preparing to play without their star running back for the regular season opener, but that could all change if Zeke signs by the weekend. Stay tuned.
