Amari Cooper (foot) says he will play Week 1

Fantasy Impact:
After an offseason of dealing with a plantar fascia issue, Cooper said he felt great in practice and will be ready to go for Sunday's divisional showdown with the Giants. His status could certainly change between now and then, but it's likely the Pro-Bowl wideout takes the field for the season-opener.
