Dak Prescott next up for a contract extension in Dallas?

According to a report from ESPN's Ed Werder, the Dallas Cowboys are continuing their efforts to sign quarterback Dak Prescott to a contract extension now that they have agreed to a deal with running back Ezekiel Elliott. Werder adds that while they are counting those efforts with wide receiver Amari Cooper, as well, Prescott is their current focus. (Ed Werder on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This offseason has already seen enormous contract extensions handed out to Jared Goff of the Rams and Carson Wentz of the Eagles, and Prescott figures to land a deal similar to what those two signal callers received. The Rams beat the Cowboys to the punch by signing Goff to an extension yesterday that guaranteed Goff more money than Carson Wentz got over the summer, and that deal could drive up the price for Prescott.
