Ezekiel Elliott to receive 'normal' workload Week 1

Ezekiel Elliott is expecting to handle a 'normal' workload Sunday against the Giants. (Jordan Raanan on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Despite missing all of training camp and the preseason before signing a six-year extension, Elliott feels as though his conditioning is up to snuff after three practices. Prior reports indicated that Elliott would receive roughly 20-25 touches in Week 1, the Cowboys appear willing to loosen the reins if Elliott looks to be in good form early in the game. If Elliott does in fact handle a 'normal' workload, he becomes one of the higher-end fantasy options at running back for this week.
