New York Jets have field day against Josh Allen
by Mark Leipold | Jets Correspondent | Mon, Sep 9th 11:52am EDT
The New York Jets allowed 17 points and 370 yards of offense in their season opener, a dramatic loss to the Buffalo Bills. The unit recorded one sack, but picked up two fumbles, caught two interceptions, recorded a safety, and returned one of their interceptions for a touchdown.
Fantasy Impact:
It was just a massive day for the Jets on defense against the turnover-prone Josh Allen. This was a smash spot for them and they delivered. However, despite Baker Mayfield's struggles in Week 1 against the Titans, he is a very accurate passer and the Jets will have a harder time delivering in Week 2 when they face the Browns. Consider them a mid-range DST2 if you're desperate.
