Fantasy Impact:
Bell was able to participate in practice on a limited basis Saturday and is expected to play. He will be without his starting quarterback as Sam Darnold was ruled out indefinitely with mononucleosis. This leaves backup Trevor Siemian as the No. 1 quarterback come Monday. Despite Darnold being ruled out, Bell is still a borderline RB1 in Week 2.
