Carson Wentz throws for one touchdown, runs for another in loss to Falcons

Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz briefly left Sunday night's game against the Atlanta Falcons to be evaluated for a concussion, but he was cleared and returned to complete 25 of his 43 passes for one touchdown and two interceptions. He added three rushing yards and a rushing touchdown, as well.

Fantasy Impact:

Wentz also would have added a two-point conversion to his ledger, but officials overturned the call after a review determined that his knee was down prior to crossing the goal line. Wentz played poorly in the first half as the Eagles dealt with injuries to pass-catches Alshon Jeffery, DeSeasn Jackson, and Dallas Goedert, but he played well in the second half and even helped the Eagles take the lead before the Philadelphia defense collapsed to allow a late game-winning touchdown to Julio Jones. He will hope to have better success against the Lions at home next week.
