Taylor Gabriel logs just two touches against the Denver Broncos

Gabriel had another quiet day as he corralled one of two targets for 11 yards and took his lone rush attempt 14 yards.

Fantasy Impact:

Taylor Gabriel finished Week 2 with just 25 yards on two touches. Gabriel actually saw a surprising 87 percent of the snaps (53) in Week 2, good for second on the team. Mitch Trubisky looks to have failed to take a step forward this offseason which is a concerning revelation for the fantasy owners of the Bears other skill players. Trubisky, and as a result Taylor Gabriel will have much better fantasy days, but this is a reminder of the extremely low floor Gabriel has week to week (two receptions for 24 yards in Week 1). Those outside the deepest of leagues should consider him a matchup based bye week filler only.
