While the Bears pulled out the victory, the vaunted Chicago Bears defense performed well below expectations in Week 2.
Fantasy Impact:
The Chicago Bears defense could muster only two sacks and an interception in Week 2. Those are not disappointing numbers in a vacuum, but are just that when the opponent faced is added to the equation. They did put up five fantasy points, but that is likely a far cry from what owners were expecting of them. Better times seem to be just around the corner for this D/ST as the Bears have Washington up next on the schedule. Deploy them like you normally would for Week 3’s Monday Night Football. With that said, the Bears do have some tough matchups this season so do not be afraid to consider streaming options when necessary.
