Fantasy Impact:
Williams did not appear on the team's first injury report of the week, so it's possible that he picked up the ankle injury earlier in the day on Thursday. That he was able to practice on a limited basis is a good sign, but monitor his status when official injury designations are assigned on Friday afternoon.
