Fantasy Impact:
With Mason Rudolph at the helm, it was time to make a change in the receiving corps to give Rudolph the support he needs to succeed. Donte Moncrief has dropped five passes over two games this season, rendering him replaceable by the more sure-handed Johnson. The rookie has a 4/42 receiving line on nine targets this season and will almost certainly see his opportunities rise in a starting role. James Washington may also get a boost, with Moncrief in the doghouse and given his past with Rudolph. Johnson is worth a pickup across most formats.
