After being benched for a severe case of stone hands, Donte Moncrief will be inactive for Week 3. Moncrief being active but being lower on the depth chart is one thing, being completely inactive is another. His tenure as a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers may be in jeopardy. This is welcomed news for both Diontae Johnson's and James Washington's owners. Both receivers have seen their fantasy floors raised with this news.
