Fantasy Impact:
The undisclosed designation has led to a lot of questions. Diggs did leave Week 4's contest against Chicago briefly, but the hope was he would be good to go for Week 5. There is no reason to panic over a missed Wednesday practice, but this will be a situation to monitor throughout the week.
