Fantasy Impact:
McCoy played last week, and there is no reason to believe that he is in risk of missing the team's Week 5 matchup against the Colts. The Chiefs are getting healthier at the running back position, which could lead to more of a timeshare between McCoy, Damien Williams, and Darrel Williams going forward.
