Fantasy Impact:

Cooks caught his first pass of the night in the fourth quarter but appeared to be out cold or at least dazed on the turf after his head hit the ground. He remained on the field for a few moments before heading into the locker room with the training staff. The team has confirmed that he is being evaluated for a concussion.
