Kyle Juszczyk carted off with a leg injury Monday

49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk was carted off the field with what is being called a "leg injury" during Monday night's game against the Cleveland Browns. (Matt Maiocco on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Juszczyk collided with a defender while throwing a block and immediately appeared to grab his knee. He stayed on the field for a few moments before eventually being helped off and then taking a cart into the locker room. He is currently being considered questionable to return, though it is highly unlikely we see any more of Juszczyk tonight due to the scored of the game and what appears to be a significant injury.
