Cam Newton ruled out Week 6

Cam Newton (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Buccaneers in London. “Medically it doesn’t make sense to put him on a plane for eight hours just to stand around”, said Panthers Head Coach Ron Rivera. (Adam Schefter on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Newton shed the walking boot on his left foot and was seen working out on the side during Panthers practice Tuesday. Kyle Allen will make another start for the Panthers Week 6. Newton could return October 27th (first game for the Panthers after a Week 7 bye) if he is able to ramp up his activity in practice during the next two weeks.
