Fantasy Impact:
Gallman suffered a concussion Sunday against the Vikings and had little chance to pass protocol within a few days. With Gallman and Saquon Barkley ruled out, look for Jon Hillman and Elijah Penny to lead the Giants backfield. Both are desperation plays against a tough New England defense.
