Drew Brees (thumb) said Wednesday that he is back to throwing a regulation-sized football. (Pro Football Talk)
Fantasy Impact:
This is an important step of the rehab process for Brees, who injured his thumb back on September 15th. The 40-year-old is currently aiming to return in Week 8 versus the Cardinals. In order to accomplish that he'll need to get some practice reps in either this week or next.
