Preston Williams leads Fins in receiving again

Preston Williams caught six of his eight targets for 82 yards in the Dolphins' Week 7 loss to the Bills. He fumbled once.
Fantasy Impact:
Williams has become the only reasonably reliable piece of the Dolphins offense for fantasy purposes. While he's not an exciting play, his targets seem secure enough and he has produced on them thus far in 2019. He's a reasonable WR3/Flex start in the absence of better options (ex: bye weeks).
