Adam Thielen’s MRI revealed no major damage to his right hamstring, but he is unlikely to play in Thursday’s Week 8 matchup against the Redskins. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)
Thielen suffered the injury in a 25-yard touchdown reception, his only catch of the day. The MRI results show that Thielen avoided a major injury, it will be a tough to gain medical clearance before Thursday’s game. Stefon Diggs would serve as the Vikings top target with Thielen sidelined.
