Fantasy Impact:
David Johnson is now looking like a longshot to play this weekend against the New Orleans Saints. Chase Edmonds filled in more than admirably with DJ unable to contribute much of anything in Week 7, and will be leaned on as the featured back in Week 8 if Johnson is ruled out. We may get an early rule out here as the Cardinals signed Alfred Morris and Zach Zenner as emergency depth options behind presumed Week 8 starter Chase Edmonds. Edmonds will be an upside RB2 against a tough New Orleans Saints run defense surrendering just 3.97 yards per carry on the season.
