Matt Ryan (ankle) will miss Week 8

Matt Ryan has been ruled out for playing Week 8 with an ankle injury. The last time Ryan didn’t start a game was in the 2009 season. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Matt Schaub will be under center for Atlanta on Sunday. The entire Falcons offense gets downgraded with the change at QB. Devonta Freeman and the running game may be more of a focus against the Seahawks. Fantasy owners should lower expectations when setting lineups. Julio Jones and Austin Hooper should still be in the starting fantasy roster, but again, lower expectations.
