Washington quarterback Case Keenum is inactive for the team's Week 9 matchup against the Buffalo Bills as he continues to progress through the concussion protocol. Rookie Dwayne Haskins will start in his absence. (NFL.com)
Fantasy Impact:
The Washington offense was actually moving the ball well against the Vikings before Keenum exited the game last Thursday, and interim head coach Bill Callahan has already said that he will returns as the starter once he is healthy. However, he will miss at least one game as he recovers from a concussion.
