Preston Williams was in the midst of his long-awaited breakout game before falling victim to the injury on a punt return. His loss would be a big blow to an otherwise talent deficient Miami Dolphins wide receiver corps. Any extended absence would also be a big blow to Ryan Fitzpatrick superflex owners.
