However, he added that Conner could return to practice late in the week and is optimistic that he will play in Week 10 versus the Rams. Still, Jaylen Samuels needs to be owned everywhere (even if Conner is active this week). Samuels would be a top-15 fantasy option if Conner is unable to go against LA.
