Fantasy Impact:
It's a little surprising considering Conner was able to get in a limited practice on Wednesday. Additionally, coach Mike Tomlin seemed optimistic about Conner's chances earlier in the week. However, this will make Jaylen Samuels a must-start RB2 for fantasy purposes. Conner should be considered questionable for a Week 11 matchup with the Browns.
