Fantasy Impact:
Shepard continues to deal with his concussion, the second of the season. It's unclear when he'll return, and he's certainly someone you can consider dropping through the bye weeks given the uncertainty of his 2019 season. His absence will mean more targets for Golden Tate and Saquon Barkley, as Evan Engram is also sidelined for this contest.
