Ito Smith ruled out Week 10

Fantasy Impact:
Smith was able to clear concussion protocol this week, but he wasn't able to get past his neck injury to make it back. Devontae Freeman will continue to lead the way for Atlanta, and could see an uptick in receptions and goal-line carries. Freeman will now be backed up by Brian Hill.
