Brandin Cooks expects to return this season

Brandin Cooks announced on Twitter that he soons expects his concussion issues to be behind him, noting that he believes he'll play again in 2019. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
That's great news for Cooks, but it's still unclear what value he has in terms of fantasy football. Will he be back for the regular season, or will he take his time to prepare for the late-season playoff push/ Even when he was on the field, Cooks was inconsistent this season. Given his previous upside he's a great player to stash for those who can afford it, but he is also someone that may not contribute for the rest of the fantasy regular season.
