Fantasy Impact:
Brian Hoyer will start at QB while Brissett is sidelined with a sprained MCL. Brissett was limited at practice all week, but the Colts are being cautious with their starting quarterback by ruling him out Week 10. Chad Kelly was promoted to the active roster and will backup Brian Hoyer.
