Fantasy Impact:
Smith was never able to shake off concussion and neck injury he suffered in Week 7. He could simply be dealing with concussions symptoms and a lingering neck issue. With Smith out for the season, Brian Hill will operate as the number two running back behind starter Devonta Freeman.
