Fantasy Impact:
Cooper being active is good news for the entire Cowboys offense. The defensive attention he commands opens up run lanes, and allows the rest of the receiving corps to take on better matchups. He will be lining up against star corner Xavier Rhodes for most of the night, but Rhodes has struggled with a 77.1 completion percentage allowed this season. Cooper remains a WR1 who deserves captain consideration for single game DFS contests.
