Brandin Cooks (concussion) ruled out for Week 11

Fantasy Impact:
The early rule out was not unexpected as the league has been playing it safe with concussions all season. Josh Reynolds disappointed in Week 10, but the same could be said for the Rams offense as a whole. Jared Goff is typically much better at home, but will be under constant pressure against the Bears defensive front. Reynolds is a upside WR4 despite the tough matchup. Fantasy owners should not count on getting Cooks back prior to the fantasy playoffs.
