Browns defense notches four INTs

The Cleveland Browns defense played well in a 21-7 win over the Steelers in Week 11. Cleveland picked up four interceptions and four sacks in the win.
Fantasy Impact:
It was a dominant performance by the Browns, although they may have to play without star pass rusher Myles Garrett for a while. Garrett was involved in an ugly brawl at the end of the game and is probably looking at a lengthy suspension. Cleveland's defense will be a top option against the Dolphins in Week 12.
