Carlos Dunlap II

Carlos Dunlap sacks Sam Darnold three times

by Kaiyo Funaki | Mon, Dec 2nd 2:02am EST

Carlos Dunlap was a wrecking ball on Sunday, recording six solo tackles, one assisted tackle, three TFLs, three sacks, six QB hits, and one pass defended, as the Bengals toppled the Jets, 22-6.

Fantasy Impact:

Dunlap's career day could not have come at a better time for the much-maligned Cincinnati franchise, who finally got rookie head-coach, Zac Taylor, his first win of the year. He applied consistent pressure and prevented Sam Darnold, who had averaged three total touchdowns in the previous three games, from ever making it a competitive match. After being fairly dormant the first seven games of his season, Dunlap has built up a little momentum in his last three outings and should post at least a solid performance when the Bengals fight for their second win against the Browns next week.
