Westbrook missed practice earlier in the week to tend to a personal matter. He practiced in a limited fashion on Friday and is all systems go for Sunday's Week 14 contest against the Chargers. Westbrook is a borderline WR3 against a Chargers defense that ranks sixth against the pass.
