Mohamed Sanu expected to play Week 14

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting Patriots WR Mohamed Sanu (ankle) is expected to play in Week 14. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

While Sanu will likely play in Sunday's home matchup against the Chiefs, he has been quiet since going off for 10/81/1 line on 14 targets back in Week 9 against Baltimore. In fact, outside of his aforementioned 14 target outing at the Ravens, Sanu has received fewer than five targets in the other three games he's played for the Patriots since the trade. Sanu's ankle injury was initially expected to keep him out for an extended period, which suggests that he is not close to 100-percent healthy and won't be moving forward, which makes him a risky play in fantasy lineups as he could be on a snap count. In a shockingly tough matchup facing a Chiefs defense yielding the third-fewest FPPG (17.0) to WRs, I'd sit Sanu in Week 14.
