Fantasy Impact:
Howard was out again Monday against the Giants, which allowed for Miles Sanders to again see the bulk of the touches out of the Eagles' backfield. If Howard returns, it would really impact Sanders' fantasy appeal, and it would also be difficult to trust Howard as he's returning from his shoulder injury.
