Fantasy Impact:

While Conner has not played since Week 11, he is on track to suit up in Sunday's home matchup facing a Bills defense surrendering the 17th most FPPG (17.7) to fantasy running backs. If Conner gets his complete workload and plays a full game, he could bring an RB1 ceiling. Not only has the Buffalo front-seven struggled to stop the run at times this season, but in the three games in 2019 in which Conner has received at least 18 touches, the oft-injured running back has returned at least 18.5 fantasy points in PPR. However, since NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting that Conner could split carries with Benny Snell and Jaylen Samuels, you may have to use him with tempered expectations. Still, since Conner is viewed as the most talented back in the Pittsburgh backfield, he should still be used in fantasy lineups for Week 15. The cream always rises to the top.
