Fantasy Impact:
With James Conner and Benny Snell also active, Samuels is going to be hard to trust as anything more than an ocean deep league flex3. With that being said, Samuels is the best receiver in the running back room, and could be leaned on if the Steelers manage to fall behind in this contest. The Bills have relinquished the third fewest fantasy points to the running back position this season.
