Miles Sanders tops 170 yards, scores two touchdowns in win over Washington

Eagles running back Miles Sanders rushed 19 times for 122 yards and a touchdown and caught six passes for 50 yards and another touchdown in Sunday's win over the Washington Redskins.
Fantasy Impact:
Sunday was easily the best game of Sanders's young career, as he and Boston Scott have formed an effective combination in the Philadelphia backfield with Jordan Howard out. Howard has been "day-to-day" for over a month and does not appear to be any closer to returning, while Sanders is emerging as a lead back.
