Dalvin Cook (shoulder) feels better, could return in Week 16

by Garett Thomas | Ravens Correspondent | Mon, Dec 16th 4:28pm EST

Dalvin Cook, who was removed from his Week 15 contest due to a shoulder injury, could possibly play in Week 16 and is 'feeling good.' When head coach Mike Zimmer was asked about Cook handling a normal workload heading into Week 16 he replied "It’s too early, but the extra day helps. We’ll just have to see how the week goes.” (Minnesota Vikings on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Cook's status seems to be trending better than we imagined. This update is nothing official and fantasy managers should still plan to field a backup option from the waiver-wire if needed. Cook's backup, Alexander Mattison, also missed Week 15 and is not a lock for Week 16 if Cook should miss. Keep checking back for further updates on Cook leading up to his next game.
